The correct size of the poles varies according to the discipline. Check out our Size Guide to choose the one that suits you best! If you still have doubts you can contact us.

POLES
  • If your poles are fixed, they pretty much take care of themselves! But please be kind with them, and don’t throw them in the tank on the ski edges or they will get bruises
  • If your poles are adjustable, they may need a little bit more care, but they are strong babies! Do not use them improperly (we see you!) and if you can, dry them to make sure all mechanisms are safe
CLOTHING
  • Whether it is a t-shirt or a sweatshirt, the safest options is to give it to a professional, whether it is your mom or the dry cleaning. If you do not have this option, here are a few tips:
    • Only washes at 30° (best if you wash it inside out)
    • Never put it in the drier!
    • Iron it inside out
    • If you do not iron, let it dry on the hanger 😉

Yes! Our poles are all sold in pairs, with the exception of the Olea Pole (Strolling collection). Therefore, prices refer to the pair.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date you have received the order (the days will begin to be calculated on the basis of the proof of delivery). Products returned must not be used, worn out, or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging with the pertinent accessories and instruction manuals. Goods returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be refunded. Products must be returned in a single shipment and in the original packaging with which it was delivered. When the order is shipped from our warehouse, a confirmation email with shipping details will be sent to you. If you already have an account on our site, you can check your order details there.

Refund will be issued within 30 days of return approval.

Customs duties will be charged to the customer and can vary depending on the country of shipment.

The Cober offices and warehouse will be closed from December 23, 2021 to January 10, 2022 (included) and from August 2 to August 23, 2021 (included). Orders received by December 22, 2021 will be processed; those received after that day will be processed starting from January 10, 2022. Orders received by July 30, 2021 will be processed; those received after that date will be processed starting from August 24, 2021.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been confirmed.
